Preparation

Wash, peel and cut the vegetables into small pieces, in particular the onion, garlic and zucchini. Peel the chestnuts.

Place the vegetables and chestnuts in a saucepan, cover with water, season with salt and bring to the boil to cook.

Once the ingredients have been prepared, blend them with a hand blender to obtain a smooth cream. Add the olive oil and mix into the cream.

Serve hot.

Note: You can use frozen chestnuts instead.
