Diagnosis cancellation policy

Since we have a waiting list for our clinical team, we value your time and want to guarantee the best possible service for all our clients. That's why efficient management of our schedule is essential so that everyone can be attended to with the attention and availability they deserve.

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment as far in advance as possible.

Confirmation of appointment

Appointments will be confirmed by telephone between 72 and 48 hours before the scheduled date. The day before, you will receive an automatic SMS reminding you of the appointment.

Failure to respond to contacts may lead to the appointment being automatically canceled to make room for another client.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Cancellations after 8 p.m. on the day before the appointment, or no-shows without warning, will result in payment of the fee corresponding to the value of the scheduled appointment.

In the event of 3 consecutive absences or cancellations, you will need to pay for the appointment in advance in order to reschedule.

This policy aims to promote mutual respect and guarantee the smooth running of our agenda, offering all our clients the best possible experience.
