Massages

Massage is one of the oldest forms of treatment and is a therapeutic technique that involves mechanical stimulation of the tissues by applying different sequences of continuous and vigorous movements to ensure tissue manipulation. It allows us to intervene in problems such as pain and muscle tension, circulatory and lymphatic alterations, stress and anxiety and metabolic and physiological alterations.

The number of sessions varies according to each client's needs and the type of complementary therapy suggested. It usually ranges from 8 to 10 sessions.
