Preparation

Boil the milk with the sugar, lemon zest and cinnamon buns. Leave to cool.

In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and set aside.

Grease a baking tray with a drizzle of olive oil.

Dip each slice of bread in the boiled milk and then in the egg.

Arrange the slices on the tray and place in the oven, preheated to 180º, for about 8 minutes.

Turn the French toast halfway through so that it is golden on both sides.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cinnamon.
