Preparation

Preheat the oven to 190ºC.

Grind the cauliflower into a fine crumb. Place in a bowl and microwave to cook for 5 minutes.

Add 100g of cheese. Mix until the cheese has melted. Add an egg and mix again until the mixture is smooth.

Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg and bring to the boil to finish cooking the pasta for 3 minutes, stirring constantly.

Grease a round pan with olive oil and spread the cauliflower mixture until it covers the bottom and is thin. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.

For the filling, boil the remaining eggs. Use a wire basket and steam the broccoli at the same time.

Sauté the prawns in a frying pan with a tablespoon of olive oil. Season with salt, pepper and oregano and simmer for 10 minutes.

Wash, skin and remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Chop them up and add a tablespoon of olive oil, season with salt and pepper and blend until you have a creamy sauce. Bring to the boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Set aside.

Remove the cauliflower pasta from the oven and cover with the tomato sauce. Add the prawns, eggs and broccoli, both cut into small pieces. Add the remaining cheese and sprinkle with oregano.

Put it back in the oven on the grill for about 10 minutes (until the cheese is melted).
