the pandemic situation we are experiencing has a very significant negative impact on everyone's mental health. Manifestations such as insomnia, irritability, depressed mood and anxiety have appeared in more than half of the Portuguese.
The emergence of Emotional Hunger Disorders - in which the person seeks to reward and comfort themselves through food (only to immediately feel guilty and unable to deal with themselves and the situation) - are increasingly evident and lead to a significant increase in weight. Maintaining balance in these circumstances is not easy, but it is possible!
