Preparation

Prepare the fruit and vegetables. Wash the ingredients thoroughly.

Remove the stems from the strawberries, peel the tomatoes and remove the seeds, peel and cut the apples and cucumber into small pieces. Place all the ingredients in a blender.

Season with a dash of vinegar and olive oil, a pinch of salt and blend for a few seconds until you get a creamy consistency. If you feel the need, add a little water.

Arrange in bowls and, if you like, garnish with some freshly washed basil leaves. Serve chilled and, if you like, add a few ice cubes.
