Inflammation can be defined as a set of biochemical, physiological and immunological changes in response to "aggressive" stimuli.
Part of the inflammatory processes that occur in our bodies can be triggered by foods with inflammatory potential, such as processed foods, fried foods, saturated fats and so on. A diet made up of inflammatory foods is behind the origin of many diseases. That's why it's important to know what these foods are, how our bodies process them, what adverse effects they have on health and weight management, and what they should be replaced with.
For this workshop, Dr. Teresa Branco, Weight Management Physiologist, has invited Dr. Sinthia Puttini, a specialist in Hormonal Medicine and Anti Aging, in order to enlighten you on this topic and help you make healthier choices.
The online workshop lasts 1 hour, is completely free and all you have to do to register is fill in the registration form below. The event will be held via the Microsoft Teams platform and you will receive all the instructions after registering.
