Preparation

Season the salmon with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Leave to rest.

Cook the sweet potato (skin on) in a pan of boiling water.

Cook the salmon on a non-stick grill.

Serve the salmon with the sliced sweet potato and garnish with lemon zest.


Suggested side dish: aromatic green beans

Boil the green beans in salted water for about 5 minutes (pre-cooking).

Drain and sauté in a non-stick frying pan with olive oil and chopped garlic.

Season with nutmeg and serve with the salmon.
