Preparation
Soak the gelatine leaves in water and set aside.
Grind 200g of berries into a smooth mixture.
Put the natural yogurt in a bowl, add the powdered sweetener and add the crushed berries. Mix all the ingredients together.
In a suitable container, heat the water together with the gelatine leaves so that it dissolves completely. Stir into the mixture.
Distribute into bowls and garnish, if desired, with a mint leaf and the remaining berries.
