Preparation
Cut the cod into large pieces and set aside. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onion, previously cut into slices. Add the cod and season with pepper. Wash the mushrooms and vegetables well, cutting the latter into small pieces. Sauté everything with the cod.
Arrange the mixture on a baking tray and place in the oven at a moderate temperature to brown.
Prepare the sauce:
Put the olive oil in a pan, add the chopped onion and let it brown. Add the passion fruit pulp and cook until you get a creamier consistency, for about 10 minutes.
Remove the cod and vegetable mixture from the oven and drizzle with the passion fruit sauce.
Finish by adding a few sprigs of dill.
