Our bodies are affected daily by external factors such as changes in the weather, stress, and poor diet. As such, and with the arrival of colder temperatures, one of the most common issues is dehydration, which can cause symptoms such as feeling unwell, abdominal bloating or distension, headaches, and/or gastrointestinal issues.

Focusing on reducing your intake of processed foods high in sugar and fat, cutting back on alcoholic beverages, and increasing your water intake may be the key to restoring balance, staying hydrated, and improving your eating habits.
